Absolu Aventus: the evolution of an icon for those in search of something extraordinary

The House of Creed presents Absolu Aventus, a new interpretation of the legendary Aventus in a limited edition, to be launched from 1 November exclusively at Creed boutiques in Milan, Rome and Venice and at authorised retailers from 6 November 2023.
 

The inspiration
Absolu Aventus takes its name from the Latin word 'absolvere' meaning 'to liberate'. It is the expression of a creative exploration in total freedom in search of new elements that echo the same contrasts as the original fragrance. This masterpiece is a true olfactory symphony that remains faithful to the original but with a touch of exclusivity, designed for those seeking something extraordinary.
 

The Fragrance
Absolu Aventus is an olfactory masterpiece with a complex and sophisticated structure that
is inspired by the classic Aventus wake, accentuating its well-known citrus and fruity contrasts.
The fragrance opens with the sparkling yet delicate notes of bergamot, lemon and
blackcurrant, to which are added refreshing hints of grapefruit that intensify the
sweetly bitter and aromatic blend. Spicy notes of ginger lead to the contrast between the enveloping warmth of cardamom and cinnamon accentuated by the woody intensity of patchouli and cashmeran and the unmistakable smoky character of Haitian vetiver. Its sensual and persistent base notes of amber and musk further intensify the powerful and heady sillage of Absolu Aventus.
