Tubéreuse Nuit Blanche by Histoires de Parfums: the return of the tuberose, diva of perfumery

At Fragrans in fabula it is tuberose time with the new fragrance from Histoires de Parfums. The French brand that blends tradition and modernity in its creations has given birth to Tubéreuse Nuit Blanche, which fully embodies this dualism by offering a bold and refined reinterpretation of this iconic flower.

A composition played on chiaroscuros: between light and shadow, the tuberose with its radiant and hypnotic character blooms at nightfall, leaving a narcotic trail. Fragile but powerful, it is an invitation to abandon oneself, daydreaming. Like “the echo of a sleepless night, in which the senses get confused, drift away and dreams turn into perfume.”
Protagonist, the tuberose, described as a “Super Diva! Stubborn, demanding, capricious! (...) Natural but sophisticated, balancing modesty and pride.” A white flower that arrived in Europe from Mexico in the 16th century that was said to have intoxicating and erotic power so much so that during the Renaissance, young women were forbidden to walk in the gardens where it bloomed. In India, it is called the “flower of love” and placed in the bedrooms of newlyweds.

Tubéreuse Nuit Blanche opens with sparkling notes of ginger, elemi and rhubarb. Then tuberose, whimsical and sensual, blends with jasmine and orange blossom
to which a touch of saffron adds luminosity. In closing, a rich, velvety base blends white musk, ambroxan, precious woods, vanilla and caramel, leaving a warm, enveloping trail.

We look forward to seeing you online and in boutique to discover all the facets of this and other fragrances from the brand together.
