    Marilyn Monroe, a star who transcended time and captured our imagination like no other, wore this very fragrance. During her stay in London at Claridge's Hotel, Marilyn took a short walk from her luxurious accommodation in Mayfair to St James's and entered the Floris boutique. Under the pseudonym Miss Dorothy Blass, Monroe ordered six bottles of Floris Rose Geranium “Toilet Water”. The perfumes were to be shipped from the Floris shop at 89 Jermyn Street, London, to the Beverly Hills Hotel in California, where Monroe was staying after filming one of her most famous films, “Some like it hot”.
