Humiecki&Graef

Melancholy, recklessness, fury and suffered passion: these are some of the authentic moods of the human being, not considered universally positive. Hence, in 2008, the courageous challenge never launched before: to give these emotions an olfactory representation. This is the stylistic code of Humiecki & Graef which has a further original distinctive element: a compositional structure that abandons the traditional olfactory pyramid and opts for a "star" construction, in which all the elements are perceived simultaneously, without being subjected to an evolution in time. The creators of Humiecki&Graef are two German designers with a very strong and almost maniacal attention to an expressive efficacy that certainly does not go unnoticed, even in the choice of the brand name: it was inspired by the surnames of their grandmothers who lived full lives marked by great passions.
